Hi! This is Zoya G. I am ICF-trained coach for those who are tired of living by “shoulds” and are ready to finally listen to themselves.Each of us needs a person and a space where we can be truly authentic.
At my session I create a space where we can speak openly about fears and dreams, doubt, search for answers, ask difficult questions - and be accepted without judgment or conditions.
I am that thoughtful, compassionate conversational partner who truly knows how to listen, does not judge, and gently helps - step by step - to reconnect with yourself: with your desires, your deeper meaning, and your inner support.
My PathMy life has always been about responsibility, decisions, and people.
I bring over
17 years of experience in law, including
12 years in international humanitarian missions across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Emergency contexts. High stakes. Uncertainty.
Launching projects and offices from scratch.
Negotiations. Team leadership. Complex decisions.
Throughout all of this, I learned what matters most: to see living human beings behind their roles - their fears, motivations, pain, strength, and potential.
Today, this is my core superpower as a coach.
Why CoachingI am a lawyer by my first education and worked in legislative, corporate, and international legal environments.
But a true turning point in my life came when, while holding a leadership position, I experienced burnout and a loss of inner stability.
Coaching became the space where I learned how to:
- truly hear myself;
- set healthy boundaries;
- choose not what is “right,” but what is genuinely mine.
This is the experience I now offer to my clients.
